Join this session if you want to hear about our team on-boarding process, the prearrangements before the new colleague arrives, the welcome experience (we have cake for everyone) and how we try to make the start into our team a very good experience for everyone.

Whenever it comes to the day a new team member is ready to join our team, we've already gone through a list of preparatory actions to make these first days good days for every side of the story.
Our team on-boarding process has gone through many iterations in the past years and especially the pandemic led to (massive) changes. In this session, Michaela and Wolfgang will talk about their top 5 (or more) actions for a successful colleague on-boarding. Some examples to mention include our tradition of a welcome cake and an assigned mentor for every new team member.
