Take a self-taught journey into the world of Data
In this session I will talk about my experience in changing careers, from Online English Teacher to Business Intelligence Developer. I will share my advice on how you too can be self taught and how the tech community really is the best place to be.
Over the past 3 years I have made the move from Online English Teacher to Business Intelligence Developer, where I now spend my days building awesome solutions using some pretty cool tech like the Power Platform, Power BI and Python.
I am completely self-taught with a lot of help from the wonderful tech community. In this session I will talk about my experience of moving into Data and BI, with the hope of showing others how they too can make the move, without the need for a degree or expensive training course.
