Our most popular option, the Gold package offers fantastic on-site presence Thursday, Friday and Saturday, enhanced in-person and digital opportunities to connect with attendees, and a larger stand.
You’ll also have the opportunity to present your content to delegates in the 50 minutes of session time that comes as part of this package.

Our delegates range from technical to strategists to C-suite, and are 2000 strong. Make the most of the informal evening networking events to meet everyone in a different context; SQLBits is all about collaboration and connections.

Whilst SQLBits is able to provide hotel rooms and free event access for community speakers, our budgeting doesn’t extend to providing this for sponsor speakers. However anyone is welcome to submit via the public call for speakers and if selected, will receive these benefits, whether or not their organisation is sponsoring.
We recommend theming your stand to the theme of the event – this is really easy to do when you take our turnkey stand option. Sponsors always report lots of great engagement when they’ve had a stand that’s been Aviation, Dungeons & Dragons or Arcade themed in recent years!
On stand swag is always well received, especially useful swag like portable chargers and mugs.
We also have a range of other opportunities, from branded sweet treats to games and full stand activations. Just chat to us about what it is you want to achieve and your budget and we can make suggestions.
We have a range of turnkey stand options allowing you to just turn up and go. Ask us for more details when you enquire about sponsorship. If you’re looking at a bigger footprint and impact at the event, we can introduce you to our stand partners, who are interactive stand specialists.
We recommend coming on board as soon as possible to benefit from maximum length of exposure, but we will offer sponsorship up until we sell out of places (we always limit sponsorship for the best experience for everyone.)
You can attend up to two sessions a day as a sponsor/exhibitor – this was a new and very popular addition we bought in in 2024. If you want to attend more than that, you will need to buy a delegate pass. If you decide to do this, don’t forget to use the discount code on your pass and book early for the best savings.
