He has been deeply involved with big data since 2010 on bioinformatics data flows, data availability and discoverability to fulfil the promise of precision medicine at petabyte scale. At Microsoft, he drives the connectivity with and within SQL Managed Instance and the modernization of traditional SQL Server farms.
