Diversity at Work - More than just a buzzword
This session is meant to share a personal story about the importance and benefit of Diversity at work.
Like with many other movements that seem to target our mindset and way of treating our fellow co-workers "Diversity" is often regarded as a buzzword that is asking us to change our ways, leave our comfort zone and is causing a lot of effort and noise for the sake of a few people we might not even know.
As so many others, I have my personal point of view and my own motivation to support Diversity at work, and I would love to share it with you. And maybe I can convince you that it is not always the huge effort that is needed, or the large changes. And maybe a different viewpoint can help to understand that maybe the number of beneficiaries is larger than you thought.
This session is meant to share a story about the power of allyship, the importance of trust, and the joy of being able to be your true self. And I'd be happy to share it with you and listen to your opinion and stories as well.
