Intro to Digital Twins

Business are in constant need to develop and improve their products, but what happens when there is no data to support the analytics process? Or when there’s a need to predict the behaviour of a product when put under stress testing? Repetitively test expensive products is not always the best solution or even remotely possible. So, what’s the solution? The answer: Digital Twins. In this session we will learn about the why’s, the when’s and the how’s of Digital Twins and look at a demo built on top of Azure Digital Twins, IoT Hub, Function App, Event Grid and Azure Maps. At the end of this session, you will have learned in which scenarios you should be using Digital Twins, how it can help you and more importantly, how you can start developing your own Digital Twin.
