Yossi Nixon is Lead DevOps, Database & AI Innovation at Quest Software, where he leads a 13-person multi-disciplinary team driving digital transformation through AI adoption and DevOps excellence. With over 25 years of experience in database architecture and infrastructure, Yossi pioneered AI integration at Quest—developing a proprietary MCP (Model Context Protocol) framework connecting enterprise systems and integrating GitHub Copilot and Azure OpenAI for automated code reviews and system maintenance, achieving 50% productivity gains across development teams. Previously, Yossi served as Chief Database Architect at Axxana, Senior Oracle DBA at Cyberbit (Elbit Systems) designing mission-critical systems for defense applications, and DBA Department Manager at Bezeq International. He was a Board Member of ILOUG (Israel Oracle User Group) and founded Nixon IT, providing database consulting to major enterprises.
