Sandy is a Chief Innovation Officer and Databricks Champion at Elastacloud where he has worked for 8 years on myriad projects ranging from SME to FTSE 100 customers. He strongly advocates Databricks on Azure and uses Spark to solve Big Data problems and LLM to empower workflows. He runs the Launchpad team at Elasatcloud, who specialise in running quick PoC's and MVP's to prove business value, not just tech value. Taking the ego and the kudos out of the PoC and instead focusing on the narratives and the value to end users.
