
Owen Miller
Owen is Head of Data Delivery at Thames Valley Police and Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary. It's Owen's job to make sure that 16,500+ police officers and staff across two forces have access to the right data and information to make decisions that protect the public and bring offenders to justice. A PhD student at the University of Leicester, Owen is passionate about using the best tools in our arsenal to ensure we do the right things for our communities, and that we continuously evolve our use of data to do things better.
