I lead the strategy, performance and growth of the AI & IOT Offering for Avanade UK & Ireland. As Director, I am responsible for driving innovation, vision and development of our capability and work closely with Avanade Europe offering leadership, sellers, Accenture, Microsoft and external partners to shape the offerings based on client centric demand and market pressures. I believe in the power of diversity of thought and enable our clients to disrupt markets with technology, supporting them from sales through to delivery. Currently developing and leading a unique offering on Digital Twin in Complex Systems, DigitalCognition, to support sustainability and the environment, positioning Avanade as thought leaders in this space. I am recognised as a people first leader in business, and as both Executive Coach - specialising in career and performance - and the founder of She Flies Extreme Sports - a globally recognised community of women in Extreme Sports - has led me to become a professional speaker. Through my experience and pride in compassionate leadership, I aim to create a voice that celebrates, grows and strengthens women in sports, women in tech and women in business.
