Jan Meskens

Jan Meskens is a data consultant at the intersection of architecture, data strategy, and data management. With over a decade of experience in diverse data consulting roles, Jan has been instrumental in guiding companies through the successful integration and implementation of data-driven strategies. He provides his services through his consulting company, Sievax. In academia, Jan imparts his knowledge to students at University College, focusing on AI and data-centric courses. Beyond his consultancy and teaching roles, he actively contributes to the broader data community by writing articles on Medium and presenting on data-related topics at various conferences, meetups, and workshops. With a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Jan offers a unique perspective in the world of data and artificial intelligence. His central ethos? Making data usable and understandable for many people within an organization will always result in valuable data.
