Felicity is a Senior Cloud Solution Architect, with a focus on data, analytics and AI, in the EMEA Digital Natives team at Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was Head of Business Analytics at the A-Plan Insurance Group and has previously worked in other organisations delivering data projects and driving data adoption for over ten years. She is a co-organiser of the Oxford Microsoft Data Platform user group.
