Efi has been a dedicated nutritionist since 2006, with a strong academic foundation and over 15 years of professional experience. She earned her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in Greece before completing a master’s degree in Diabetes Mellitus in London. Her passion for advancing healthcare led her to conduct research on insulin sensitivity and diabetes at the renowned August Krogh Institute in Copenhagen.
Now based in Germany, Efi has expanded her expertise as a registered nutritionist specializing in diagnostics for complex health issues, working in close collaboration with doctors. Her integrative approach combines science-backed nutritional strategies, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions, such as vitamin and mineral infusion therapy. Certified in managing irritable bowel syndrome and gut microbiome health, Efi is skilled at interpreting bloodwork to recommend tailored supplement regimens.
