Deepti Vaidya is a Data Practice Team Lead at Mphasis specialising in enterprise data architecture, governance, and analytics. Originally from a small town in the foothills of the Himalayas in Himachal Pradesh, India, she spent her early career at leading Indian IT software companies before relocating to the UK to take on larger-scale global challenges. An expert in the Microsoft technology stack—including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and Azure Data Services. Deepti brings an engineering mindset to data warehousing, migration, and BI solutions. She has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to implement scalable, cloud-based data platforms that drive data-driven decision-making. Her current focus is modernising data platforms, particularly migrating legacy analytics solutions to Microsoft Fabric while managing Dynamics 365 implementations. Deepti is passionate about innovation, compliance, and delivering business value through advanced data strategies—grounded in real proof-of-concept work and production experience. Beyond her technical expertise, Deepti is committed to knowledge-sharing within the data community. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, reading, dancing, walking, and meditation.
