All Writeback Options In Power BI and Fabric

Session Details
When we got our hands on the new Vertipaq analytical engine in 2010, we were thrilled with its speed, the new DAX language, and looser relationships among tables. However, after several projects, we have started to miss some features, such as parent-child hierarchies and writeback, and we're constantly looking for ways to replace them. In this session, we'll focus on report-level data storage, moving from partnering with Power Apps, through Translytical Task Flows, to dedicated visualizations and their construction.
You'll learn about sample applications (there will be plenty of demonstrations, including source code snippets), what has proven effective in real-world projects (e.g., for finance departments), the limitations of each method, and whether it's worth implementing them in your own practice.

3 things you'll get out of this session
1. Understand how different writeback options work and what is needed to implement them
2. Evaluate pros and cons of each presented approach
3. Find out what works better with complex requirements
