Azure SQL Database customer success stories for IoT workloads
2022TL; DR
In this session we will share how real-world customers are using Azure SQL in their solutions to store and query trillions of IoT events in near real-time.
Session Details
Azure SQL is a great option for storing and retrieving data in IoT solutions as warm path store or as serving layer for reporting or dashboarding purposes. The ability to ingest significant amount of data leveraging bulk operations, and to reduce "ingest to query" latency to sub-second levels, makes it a pretty unique option for these solutions. And with Hyperscale service tiers, we've also removed the boundaries in terms of the amount of data points you can store in a single database. In this session we will share how real-world customers are using Azure SQL in their solutions to store and query trillions of IoT events in near real-time.
