With SQLBits 2025 around the corner, organisers have launched the 2025 event’s online platform, where attendees can build their personalised agenda, network with other attendees and speakers, and add guests to SQLBits’ set of famous evening events.
Access the online platform here.
Download the app on the Apple store here
Download the app for Android devices here.
Please note, you will not be able to log in if you are not already registered for SQLBits – if you need to do that, you can register here.
So where to start first!? Here’s our top 5 recommendations:
- Build your agenda. Log in to browse all sessions available for each day you’re registered for and add them to your agenda with one tap. You can then view your custom built agenda under My Schedule.
- Book your evening event place. Use the More>Evening Event Survey to tell us which events you’re coming to and if you’re bringing any guests (if you haven’t yet checked out what’s in store for the evenings, you can do so here and filter by Evening!)
- Decide your privacy settings. By default, your privacy on the platform is set to private, which means that no-one can see details about you or interact with you. If you’d like to change that and interact with other attendees, speakers and exhibitors, head to your profile menu, where you’ll find the option to adjust your settings and edit your profile.
- Explore the exhibitors. Meet SQLBits’ sponsors of 2025, providing innovative, reliable solutions for every aspect of the data professional’s role. See someone you like the look of? Reach out to them via chat to arrange a meeting.
- Get oriented with the floor plan. Use the More menu to find the Floor Plan where you can browse the different floors of SQLBits and where everything is, so you know exactly where you need to be once you arrive on site.

Got questions!? Here’s a list of FAQs we’ve put together around using the Hub.
How do I log in?
Visit here and use the email you’re registered for SQLBits with. You’ll be sent a code to get in to the Hub – if it doesn’t appear within a minute or two, try your junk folder.
I don’t get an email.
Check you’re logging in with the email you’re registered for SQLBits with. If you aren’t registered for SQLBits, the system will not advise you of this but you also will not get a code. If you are registered for SQLBits, you’re using the right email and the code isn’t in your junk, get in touch with us on contactus@sqlbits.com.
I can’t see some of the days
You can only see sessions for the days you’re registered for. If you’d like to add additional days, you can do that by updating your registration.
Can I watch sessions on the Hub?
Yes you can, as long as you have bought a pass for the day the session is on, you have a choice of watching it in the session room, or locating yourself elsewhere in the Capital Hall and watching on your phone. Don’t forget your earphones!
I added a session by mistake and want to remove it
Just head to My Schedule and select Remove.
When will sessions be available for watchback?
We expect sessions to be available within three weeks of SQLBits ending.
I can’t send or receive messages, or interact with other attendees.
You need to change your privacy settings.
How do I change my privacy settings?
By default you are set to private. If you’d like to change that and interact with other attendees, navigate to the profile menu at the top right, and select Settings.
Which surveys should I take?
As many of them as you can please! The pre-event survey allows us to understand the SQLBits audience better so we can continue to make the conference tailored to your needs. The session surveys give speakers valuable feedback on their content. The post-event survey lets you tell us how we did and how we can improve. Please do take some time to be as thorough as you can in your responses – it’s the number one way in which we learn how we can improve.
