One of the questions we always get before SQLBits is: “What’s the food like?” Good news – the menu for SQLBits 2026 at ICC Wales is now confirmed, and there’s plenty to keep everyone fuelled through four days of learning, networking, and late-night conversations.
Across the conference you’ll find a mix of hearty hot lunches, quick breakfasts, all-day snacks and classic Welsh treats, always including plant based options. Coffee, tea and squash will be available throughout the day.
On the Go Pick & Mix Snacks
To keep everyone going between sessions, we now have pick & mix snacks. These are designed as grab-and-go snacks to keep energy levels up throughout the day whilst stocks last.
- Sea salt roasted sunflower, pumpkin seeds, & roasted chickpeas
- Dried fruit medley – prunes, apricots, cranberries and raisins
- Salted popcorn, pretzels & chocolate raisins

Low-Sensory Food Option
A low-sensory food option will also be available, including packed sandwiches or wraps, crisps, yoghurt and whole fruit. This option is designed for attendees who prefer simpler food choices.
