Umachandar Jayachandran is a Principal Program Manager in the SQL Server team. He has worked in the SQL Server team since 2005. He is currently working on Azure Arc enabled data services. Previously, he worked on SQL Server big data clusters, PolyBase and Machine Learning Services. He has also worked on many features including Window functions, T-SQL Compiler Services in Visual Studio, Performance, Benchmarks, Premium Databases and Capacity Management in Azure SQL DB. He has more than 20 years of experience in the database industry building applications using SQL Server, Oracle, and Sybase.
