Some of the most commonly asked questions about being a sponsor are answered below, but please do get in touch if anything isn’t covered here.

Whilst one of the leading data conferences in the world, SQLBits is also the lowest priced. Packages start from £2,995. Contact us for a sponsor pack and prices.

Our delegates range from technical to strategists to C-suite, and are over 2500 strong. Make the most of the informal evening networking events to meet everyone in a different context; SQLBits is all about collaboration and connections. There’s more information in the sponsor pack about our delegates, just contact us to get a copy.

We recommend theming your stand to the theme of the event – this is really easy to do when you take our turnkey stand option. Sponsors always report lots of great engagement when they’ve had a stand that’s been Dungeons & Dragons or Arcade themed in recent years!

On stand swag is always a good shout, especially useful swag like portable chargers and mugs.

We also have a range of other opportunities, from branded sweet treats at SQLBits breaks to themed entertainment – for 2024 you can sponsor a flight simulator! Just chat to us about what it is you want to achieve and your budget and we can make suggestions.

We have a range of turnkey stand options allowing you to just turn up and go. Ask us for more details when you enquire about sponsorship. If you’re looking at a bigger footprint and impact at the event, we can introduce you to our stand partners, who are interactive stand specialists.
