We will start completely from scratch with a conceptual overview, discuss when and why you would choose Azure Data Factory or Azure Synapse Analytics, and build a solution for ingesting data. Then, we will look at options for transforming and preparing data for further analysis, cover how to work with both on-premises and cloud data stores, and build dynamic pipelines as part of a metadata-driven solution. As we move from individual development to team development, we will cover source control, security, and review options for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Throughout the day, we will cover best practices for development and evaluate how to optimize our solutions for both performance and pricing.
