You're comfortable managing your databases in SQL Server Management Studio, but you've heard more and more people using Azure Data Studio. Why should you switch?

I'm Brent Ozar, and I use Azure Data Studio every day. I still use SSMS a lot of the time, though. In this all-demo session, I'll show you what tasks I use ADS for and why. You'll see me sync my DBA scripts across multiple desktops with Github and use an Azure Data Studio notebook to share notes between team members during a troubleshooting emergency.

My goal isn't to convince you to switch - I'll be honest about the places where ADS still has a long way to go, like reviewing execution plans when doing performance tuning. My goal is just to show you enough that you can make a decision about whether or not you should start learning Azure Data Studio.
