DevOps for AI presents several challenges. For developing an AI application, there are frequently two streams of work: 1. Data Scientists building machine learning models, and 2. App developers building the application and exposing it to end users for consumption. Building a Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipeline allows the decoupling of the streams and allows for quicker deployment of scalable models. In this workshop, we will implement a CI/CD pipeline for Anomaly Detection and Predictive Maintenance applications. The following modules will be covered in the presentation (objctives): 1. Introduction to CI/CD 2. Create and customize a CI/CD pipeline using Azure 3. Leverage Azure Model Management to version models and discover them using a CI/CD pipeline 4.
