We've all been there - the client wants a report, gives you some random requirements and expect you to "sort it out". When the report is done and presented to the client, the silence heralds yet another less-than-successful report delivery. It's time to turn this on its head: build the report as they watch, while having a constant discussion about the content! In this session I go through a new approach to capturing requirements and creating a report on the fly, all with the benefit of a happier client, a more relevant report and - perhaps surprisingly - less work for the report developer!
