Around 34% of SQL Server environments run on SQL Server 2008 or SQL Server 2008 R2, which will become end of support in July 2019.  Many organisations have not yet planned how to handle the end of support and are unaware how to size the problem and plan.  Microsoft have provided options to continue running SQL Server 2008, and options to modernise to a newer SQL Server version or Azure data services.  This session provides a robust approach to maintain vendor support and get the most from your data platform
