I have been an independent contractor for 15 years and before that I worked for Software House for 5 years, before that I was an accountant (for my sins). For the last 10 years I have worked with SQL Server as both a DBA and Developer. I now tend to pigeon-hole myself as a SQL Server developer. The area I get most satisfaction working in is optimisation and tuning. Recently I have been building a datawarehouse for a client using SSIS extensively hence the submission
