In her consulting work, she specialized in performance tuning, troubleshooting, server maintenance, installations, and enterprise management. She is a member, volunteer, and speaker in PASS, and PASS Women in Technology. She has presented at multiple technology conferences, including SQL Saturday, SQL Bits, and the PASS Summit. She is a vocal advocate of the Oxford comma.
