Brent Ozar
Brent Ozar is a Microsoft Certified Master of SQL Server and an MVP. He's a consultant and trainer for SQLskills, a leading database consulting company founded by Paul Randal and Kimberly Tripp. He has over a decade of broad IT experience, performing systems administration and project management before moving into database administration. Brent specializes in performance tuning, disaster recovery and automating SQL Server management. He has worked as a SQL Server expert for Quest Software, and a SQL/SAN/VMware administrator for a $7b wine & spirits distributor.
Brent has experience conducting training sessions, has written several technical articles, and blogs prolifically at http://www.BrentOzar.com. He coauthored SQL Server Internals and Troubleshooting for Wiley/Wrox along with Christian Bolton, Justin Langford, James Rowland-Jones, and Jonathan Kehayias.
