He was responsible for looking after the health of the SQL environment and manage various database projects involving troubleshooting, performance tuning, monitoring, optimization, high availability, disaster recovery, replication, clustering, version upgrades and migration. He has worked with SQL Server since 1999 from SQL 6.5 to SQL 2008 with industries like garment manufacturing, debt collection, teaching and online job boards.
