The Accidental Project Manager

It is rare to do a single job. In the modern world, we find that the number of roles we have of grows year by year. It is through this mechanism that you can find yourself in the position of being a project manager.



How then, can be best navigate this series of pitfalls?



In this session, you will gain an understanding of how to get the best result from a professional project manager. You will also understand some of the pitfalls, which can easily be avoided if you are the accidental project manager. Clearly, a 1 hour slot is not enough to teach you to be a project manager. We will however give you the basic tools so that you can succeed.



The goal is to help you do your job better, by worrying less and to have the confidence to interact with a project manager or to know the steps needed and to avoid the traps that are so easy to fall into.
