Matt has worked on many aspects of the SSIS product including upgrade, performance, and overall user experience. He is a frequent presenter at Microsoft conferences, and maintains the SSIS Team blog (<a href="http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mattm/">http://blogs.msdn.com/b/mattm/</a>). Prior to joining Microsoft in 2006, Matt was a developer on a number of BI Reporting and Analytical products.
