Building a Data Warehouse – A Proof of Concept Approach

More frequently these days you will find that there are requirements for DBA’s to be familiar with data warehousing, and in some cases they are expected to know how to build a data warehouse. Building a data warehouse alone is a challenging project, yet it’s still an expectation set by many employers. In this session, we’ll cover the core functional concepts of how to build a data warehouse and load it with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). With these core concepts, you’ll be able to build a demonstration for management to prove your technical expertise.
